Classes We Offer

A variety of classes and times are offered throughout the Association with new classes each quarter. Below are examples of classes we've offered.

Empowher Burn and Build

Push past the basics with high-intensity strength and metabolic conditioning. Equipment includes kettlebells, floor work, rowers, bikes, slam balls, and resistance balls. Build is beginner and Burn is advanced. 

Intro to Barbell Lifting

Introduction of basic barbell lifts with proper technique and form. 

Strength, Agility and Quickness

For teen athletes looking to gain speed and agility through drills and exercises. Sign up is through the YMCA Fitness App. 

Stretch, Mobility and Balance

Build strength and stamina through a variety of modalities, including kettlebells, resistance bands, and dumbbells

Total Body & Functional Strength

This training combines TRX suspension and functional work in a small group setting to improve strength, balance, flexibility and core stability.

Women on Weights

Teaches women proper weight-lifting etiquette, technique and routine. Improve posture, increase strength and lose body mass. 

Women's Barbell Club

Intermediate lifting program. Must know how to use an Olympic barbell to deadlift, squat, bench press, and hip thrust.
