Push past the basics with high-intensity strength and metabolic conditioning. Equipment includes kettlebells, floor work, rowers, bikes, slam balls, and resistance balls. Build is beginner and Burn is advanced.

Intermediate lifting program. Must know how to use an Olympic barbell to deadlift, squat, bench press, and hip thrust.
