We are offering a new Group Fitness Specialty Class Series starting on 11:45 a.m. on March 2. Kundalini Yoga, a 5-week series held on Thursdays, focuses on moving energy through the body (chakra system) using movement and breath. There is no “perfect posture” to attain and little concern with alignment, therefore it’s accessible to all.
The movement is repetitive in nature with mantras and breathwork. The practice of Kundalini Yoga balances the glandular system, strengthens the nervous system and enables us to harness the energy of the mind and the emotions, so we can be in control of ourselves, rather than be controlled by our thoughts and feelings.
