Conditioning

MetCon, or Metabolic Conditioning, increases metabolic demand and energy usage. It consists of short bursts of high-intensity interval training (HIIT) followed by short bursts of lower intensity, or circuit training with various exercises. Class reservations open up 48 hours in advance.
