These classes are offered at every full-facility YMCA.

Dance

A fast-paced, high-intensity aerobics style class that incorporates popular dance moves and rhythms.

HIIT Dance Fitness

HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) style dance workout with a variety of popular music.

Line Dancing

No experience required. Get moving and learn the latest line dancing moves. 

WERQ Dance Fitness

WERQ® is the wildly addictive cardio dance workout based on the hottest pop and hip hop music.

Zumba

An easy-to-follow, aerobics-style class that uses Latin dance moves and international rhythms. 

Zumba Toning

Traditional Zumba moves with strength training intervals. 

Booking Classes

To accommodate all YMCA members, group fitness classes require reservations. Members can book classes through our mobile app or website.

Reservations open 46 hours before each bookable session start time and are available until class starts or until all spaces are filled.  If you cannot attend a previously reserved time or class, please cancel your booking.
