Les Mills Classes

These classes are offered at every full-facility YMCA.

BODYPUMP

The original barbell class. Light weights. Lots of repetitions.

GRIT

Quick HIIT class. Lots of intensity packed into 30 minutes. 

BODYCOMBAT

Non-contact, high-energy, martial arts style workouts.

RPM

Group indoor cycling where you control the intensity and pace.

Les Mills On Demand

Can't make it to the gym this week? No problem. All YMCA members have access to our Les Mills on-demand library through the YMCA mobile app. We have Body Combat, Cardio, Core, Cycle, HIIT classesdand more available 24/7/365. 

Booking Classes

To accommodate all YMCA members, group fitness classes require reservations. Members can book classes through our mobile app or website.

Reservations open 46 hours before each bookable session start time and are available until class starts or until all spaces are filled.  If you cannot attend a previously reserved time or class, please cancel your booking.
