YMCA Aqua Fitness Classes

Aqua Zumba

Just like Zumba, but in the shallow end of the pool.

Aqua Fit

Low impact, full-body workout with music and energy. 

Aqua Circuit

High energy cardio and strength stations using bands, dumbbells and pool noodles.

Deep Power

Aqua running, treading water and HIIT with floatation belts. 

Aqua HIIT

High intensity intervals with shorter periods of lower intensity.

Aqua Training Camp

Aqua circuits, lap swimming and challenging group drills. 

Booking Classes

To accommodate all YMCA members, group fitness classes require reservations. Members can book classes through our mobile app or website.

Reservations open 46 hours before each bookable session start time and are available until class starts or until all spaces are filled.  If you cannot attend a previously reserved time or class, please cancel your booking.
