Educator and School Staff Offer FAQs
If you are a current or former YMCA member, or you or your children have
participated in YMCA programs, or you have visited a YMCA as a guest
before, please contact YMCA Customer Service via email or by
calling 919-719-9989 between 8 a.m. and 6 p.m., Monday – Friday. We will need to verify your account.
If you do not meet the above parameters, you can set up your YMCA account
online. Visit ymcatriangleregister.org and select “Register” from the top
right. Follow the instructions for “Create an Account”. Add the dependent
children you need to enroll in the Before and After School program.
Then contact YMCA Customer Success at 919-719-9989.
Chatham County School System employees must come to the Chatham Park YMCA to apply for this offer.
The YMCA will need documentation showing you are an active staff member of the above school systems.
Please wait for the YMCA to verify your account before registering for Before or After School programs; otherwise, you will not receive your discount.
