Bring your elementary-age children for a movement and fitness-based class during your workout. Expect a variety of dance formats that will keep your child moving and having fun for 45 minutes. This class is an amenity for our on-site child care. Please be sure to register your child 10 minutes before the class at the Game Room. 12 spots are open. First come, first served ** Do not drop your child off at the Kid Fit Class studio. All children must be signed up at the Game Room. Children will be escorted to a 45 min Kid Fit Group Fitness Dance Class by a Y staff member and brought back to the Game Room at the end of class. We recommend all children must remain in class for the entire 45 minutes. Parent/s or Guardian must remain at the Y during class time.
