YMCA Restore and Core fitness classes are low-impact, designed to focus on coordination, balance and mobility.

Take a minute to breathe. Remember to take care of your body and muscles and they will care for you. 

Restore & Core Classes

Meditation, stretching, barre and pilates - these are ideal classes to take after your intense cardio or conditioning days.

Mat Pilates

A balance between flexibility and core strength with a focus on endurance, flexibility, stability and mobility.

Stretch

Muscle restoration and recovery keep your muscles flexible and strong. Maintain a healthy range of motion while reducing the risk of joint pain and strains.

Tai Chi

Improve balance and posture by focusing on gentle, flowing and meditative elements of Yang Style Tai Chi. 

Mindfulness Meditation

Evidence-based tool for enhancing focus, reducing stress and promoting emotional well-being. Class may include sustaining focus, mindful movement or guided relaxation.

Breathwork

Explore the power of breath to manage stress and enhance your overall well-being. 

Mobility

Enhance joint range of motion by improving muscle flexibility and strength and stimulating the release of synovial fluid within your joints.

Booking Classes

To accommodate all YMCA members, group fitness classes require reservations. Members can book classes through our mobile app or website.

Reservations open 46 hours before each bookable session start time and are available until class starts or until all spaces are filled.  If you cannot attend a previously reserved time or class, please cancel your booking.
