Track Out Camp

Full-day care for kids attending year-round and modified calendar schools.

New Adventures

YMCA Track Out Camps and Intersessions serve Wake, Orange, Johnston and Durham County year-round and modified-calendar schools. It's the perfect place for your child to find friendships, think creatively, build confidence, learn new skills, stay active and have fun in a safe environment.

Program Information

YMCA Track Out and Intersession Camp sessions are offered for any year-round or modified calendar school. The program operates at our YMCAs in Wake and Durham County. Each day, children spend time swimming, playing games, participating in sports and doing arts and crafts.

Children are grouped by age and grade and spend the day with their peers, YMCA youth staff and counselors. There is plenty of outside time, STEM activities and active fun to keep your child engaged all day long.

YMCA Track Out and Intersession Camps operate from 7 a.m. - 6 p.m. and is offered for ages 5 - 14, kindergarten through grade 8. The Northwest Cary YMCA Track Out Camp program starts at 7:30 a.m.

Sessions

Track Out and Intersession Camp is offered in weekly sessions. Most weeks are five days and some are shorter if there are holidays or teacher workdays. Registrants are encouraged to check the specific dates for their Track Out and Intersession Camps.
