Mobile App
The YMCA mobile app will require a login. You will need to use the username and password used to purchase a YMCA membership, or programs such as personal training, summer day camp or swim lessons.

Membership & Reservations Required
YMCA membership is required to participate in classes. In order to accommodate everyone, all group fitness classes will require a reservation through our mobile app or online on our schedules page.
Reservations open 48 hours before each bookable session start time and are available until class starts or until all spaces are filled. There’s no fee to sign up. You will be asked to scan your YMCA membership card at the branch.
Reservations are required for classes, court times, and some lap lanes.
Canceling Reservations
We ask that if our members cannot attend a previously reserved class, court time or lap lane, you cancel your booking. You can reference these screenshots if you need assistance.
App and Schedule Notifications
The app and scheduling system will use your email to send notifications about your reservations and cancellations. If you are not receiving these notifications, please check your spam folders and also ensure you provided us with an accurate, current email address you can check.
Password Reset
Your password reset instructions will be sent to the email address provided. If you are not receiving password reset instructions, please get in touch with our Customer Success Center at 919-719-9989.

Like any change, we know this is going to feel different. But we’re here to help. You can view this video walkthrough of signup through the app. We also have a handout that helps explain the process, and any of our branch staff can assist you with the process.
