These programs give teens the opportunity to gain knowledge about government structure, democratic processes and how public policy is created. They build confident leaders and foster critical thinking. Involvement in these programs broadens awareness of social issues and improves career prospects through debate, public speaking and exposure to viewpoints outside of their own.
