Camp Explorer Extras allows your child to specialize in topics of his or her special interest during activity periods and gives the summer some variety. All activity periods focus on a specific topic, and campers take related field trips or welcome special guests to camp on Wednesdays.
Campers still enjoy the fun of assemblies, swimming and some camp activities with the rest of Camp Explorer.
All campers are encouraged to try everything, to do their best and are led by a team of YMCA youth staff and counselors.
